Joe being a Chorlton lad, buys all Pinchjo's meat and fish from the best butchers and fishmongers in Chorlton. Not only do we get the best quality produce from them but the best quality advice from people who are passionate about the industry they're in.

Apart from introducing the Spanish pinchos tradition to the Manchester area, we do also put on some pretty damn fine tapas to tickle your taste buds and have carefully chosen a range of fantastic Spanish wines and beers with which to wash down your food, sourced from our local independent wine retailer on Burton Road, Reserve Wines.
